Your account and this service
These terms govern your use of iink.click. If you use an account for an organization, you must be authorized to act for it. Keep account information accurate, protect your password and API keys, and revoke any exposed key. Sign-in through different providers does not automatically combine their accounts, even when they share an email.
You control the destinations you submit and must have permission to use their content and any connected domain. Custom domains require DNS ownership verification and an active HTTPS connection. Service namespaces, including ui, api, authentication, account, billing and support names, are reserved as the first segment of short-link endings on all domains. Reservations include descendants, case variations, underscore aliases and dot suffixes. See the reserved path rules.
Plans and limits
Free is available now. Pro subscriptions are coming soon. Creating a Free account does not require payment. The Pro price below describes the paid offer when purchasing is available.

Monthly counters use calendar months in UTC. Each valid API result-page request consumes a check. Link creation, domain connection and API-check limits are enforced. Click thresholds are informational: passing one does not stop redirects or recording and does not create an automatic extra charge. QR downloads in PNG and SVG are included.
Paid subscriptions, when available
A paid order identifies its price and applicable tax before payment. Pro renews monthly until canceled. Hosted Checkout and the billing portal are provided by Stripe. Any applicable tax is shown at checkout; no general international tax exemption is promised. Contact us about business invoices or accounting documents not provided in the portal.
Cancel through Manage subscription in the dashboard. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the paid period's end, and the displayed end date tells you when Pro access ends. A previously paid subscription with an unsuccessful renewal has a seven-day payment grace period, then Free limits apply. A failed first purchase does not grant paid access. Existing links and domains continue working after downgrade, subject to retention and acceptable use; creating new ones requires available Free capacity.
Payment does not grant administrator rights. A restricted owner-verification price is not a public plan. We will explain material subscription changes before they affect you and obtain agreement where required.
Responsible use and visitor information
You must use the service lawfully and provide the information and permissions needed for the links you share. Click history includes full IP addresses, full historical URLs, supplied device and language information, HTTP Referer URLs, optional browser-reported screen dimensions and pixel ratio with estimated physical dimensions, and bounded raw request-header captures. Establish the purpose and basis for your use, inform visitors before they open a tracked link, and respect applicable objections, withdrawal and deletion requests. Where we process your visitor data on your behalf, the Data processing agreement applies.
Recording begins when a short link is opened. The service does not provide a consent screen, a no-recording redirect option or individual-link retention settings. Do not use a processing purpose that requires those unavailable controls. A notice on the eventual destination cannot change what was already recorded.
Do not use iink.click for phishing, malware, unlawful content, deceptive impersonation, credential collection, harassment, unauthorized access, domain takeover or evading restrictions. Do not put passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal or sensitive information in a slug or destination URL. Do not present IP matching as reliable personal identification or use it alone for consequential decisions about someone.
History, availability and deletion
A later edit does not change a previous click's stored URL or ending. Deleting a link stops its redirects and leaves unexpired history. Erase history in account settings hides earlier history and starts deletion; a delayed click event cannot restore erased history, and a later domain owner does not inherit another account's records.
Redirects, DNS and history depend on the service and its infrastructure providers. Click processing is asynchronous. During normal operation records appear within five minutes, but an individual click can be lost if processing stops after the redirect and before the queue accepts it. Optional screen measurements may be missing even when a click is recorded; estimated physical resolution is not a verified hardware specification. History is not a guaranteed complete audit trail or an identity-verification service.
Support, complaints and account closure
Contact support@iink.click for service problems, billing questions, account closure or an authorized data request. Include the relevant account or short link and enough detail to investigate without passwords or unnecessary personal data. Report a harmful link using the report form.
We may restrict a link or account to address misuse, a security incident or an applicable legal requirement. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a support contact for review. Ending a subscription does not itself erase history. Account closure and data requests are handled through support, including any specific records that must remain for a legal obligation.
Consumer rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or rights to a refund where they apply. Ordinary subscription cancellation is separate from a statutory right to withdraw from a contract. Where a distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the usual period for an online service contract is fourteen days from conclusion. You can send a clear withdrawal statement identifying the account and order to support@iink.click; no particular wording is required.
Starting to use a recurring service does not automatically remove all withdrawal rights. Applicable requirements determine any refund or proportionate charge. See UOKiK's information on withdrawal periods. Contact us for a service complaint or a remedy; nothing in these terms restricts the rights and forums provided by mandatory law.
Changes and contact
We publish the version and effective date of these terms here. Material changes will be communicated where required; a new term does not remove rights that already apply to an existing order. Questions can be sent to the provider's email or postal address above.
